is suited for both general medical and anesthesia practice management.
WEB BASED USER ACCESS – Full Access is available 24x7 through the internet.
Limited access is available offline and with our replication server option, full
access to data can even be made available with no internet access.
REDUCED NETWORK EXPENSE – UbiquityMD is a hosted application running
on state-of-the-art data center hardware and software in a biometrically secured
institutional grade data center. In addition to the added security, this saves our
customer the expense of hardware, server and database software and licensing expense
and the cost to maintain those systems.
DATA BACKUPS - Customers databases are backed up hourly and copied
to two offsite locations daily. With our USB Backup key, the entire database
LIABILITY PROTECTION – UbiquityMD is unique in the industry in
‘storing’ data as encrypted in the database. This can reduce or eliminate your liability
due to potential confidential data breeches.
MULTI-PROVIDER DISCOUNTS - Our discount model provides an increasing
discount rate for higher numbers of full time providers, the larger the practice
the larger the discount.
ENTERPRISE REPORTS – With UbiquityMD all offices share a common
database. One of the benefits is the ability to create enterprise wide charts and
reports as well as charts and/or reports grouped or filtered by office, provider,
department or many other values.
REAL TIME ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS – Since all users across the
enterprise are joined into a common system, there is the ability to message users
in other offices in real time as well as the ability to transmit scanned or attached
documents in real time.
CUSTOMIZABLE USER RIGHTS - What users can see can be limited. Their
right to view, add, edit or delete data is also set by you.
SCANNING AND DOCUMENT STORAGE – Scanned documents or other files
can be attached to a patient’s record, a claim, a deposit or about any other entity.
Documents and files can also be sent to another user in another office in real time.
PRODUCTIVITY REPORTS - Ability to track the productivity and log
in times of your users. EDI – Direct Connections available to Medicare, Medicaid
and many Blue Shield Carriers and selected Clearinghouses with no per claim or per
provider fees.
ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS – Ability to send patient statements electronically
for efficient use of time.
LOCUM TENENS PROVIDER BUNDLES – With our Temporary Provider Bundles,
you can bill for as many temporary or Locum Tenens as you need with no additional
setup or long term obligation.
